John has a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face in today’s rapidly changing world, gleaned from more than 40 years’ experience in people management and organisational development.
John has provided consulting, training, coaching and conflict resolution services to government, private sector and not-for-profit clients. He has worked in-person in Australia and internationally, delivering programs in India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada and the United Arab Emirates - and in many other countries virtually.
John believes in workplaces which support diversity, inclusion and belonging - where individuals have a strong sense of purpose and meaning – a place where they can learn, grow and make a positive contribution.
