Drawing on the field of Systemic Constellations work, John has created a coaching process which is particularly helpful for leaders dealing with complex challenges.
Through a physical mapping process key elements of the challenge are represented spatially, in effect making explicit the unconscious internal map a leader holds about the relationship between those elements. After gaining insights from mapping the existing relationships, different configurations can be explored to generate ideas for actions to test.
This process has been successfully applied to help resolve many individual, organisational and inter-organisational challenges.
